So when we originally ordered, the shirt we got was 2-1/2 inches smaller than indicated on the size chart. I contacted Dropper and they got right on it. They asked me to send a photo with a tape measure showing the size discrepancy which is totally valid, and then they corrected the issue right away by reprinting another shirt in a size up. Superior customer service! Highly recommend!
